Sleepless Nights..

I cherish my sleepless nights,
coz,thats when I do my thinking,
When I look at the startlit sky,
seems like,at me,the stars are winking.

I dream about us,
with my eyes wide awake,
the time we were together,
throwing pebbles in a silent lake.

I lie in my bed and wonder,
how much youve meant to me,
moments with you,are as precious to me,
as the oesters pearls are,to the sea.

Your just one look is so effective,
it gives me the reason to live,
Just ask me to,and I will give you,
all that I can give.

You are the one I always wanted,
where were you all this while?
I thank god for being so kind,
coz you are the reason why I smile!!!
